isso não tem nada haver com o ocorrido a cima, os plugins estão sendo carregados?

não conseguiu carregar o plugin mysql, veja se ele está na pasta plugins

A mensagem que aparece no compilador, significa que há vazamento de memória. Suponha que você tem o seguinte comando:

} 

Defini 200 caracteres na variável string, mas usei apenas 11. O restante é denominado de vazamento de memória.

Em questão ao erro do carregamento da plugin MySQL, por gentileza verificar o log do MySQL.
